NOW BOOKING CONCERTS
We are now booking concerts for late Fall 2010 and Spring/Summer 2011.

What's a Rodger's Champagne concert like? Typically anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes long. You can choose to host a concert in one of three formats:

· a full production 5-piece band

· a more intimate 3-piece

· just Rodger and his acoustic guitar

This diversity in band structure allows Rodger to customize a concert to meet the needs of the host church or organization. In this way we can ensure that your event is successful from a financial, spiritual, and ministry perspective.

Rodger's new CD, Acoustically Speaking, is an album of “unplugged” music. It can be easily reproduced live and presented at a variety of smaller venues at minimal cost. It is music that fits perfectly in more intimate settings.

GRADUATION

Rodger received his Diploma in Ministry from Carey Theological College on May 30th. Graduation ceremonies were held at First Baptist Church on Burrard Street in downtown Vancouver.

During the ceremony, Rodger sang Mark Altrogge’s I Stand I Awe of You. He was among 33 graduates completing certificate, diploma and masters programs.

Way to go, Padre!

SINGER/SONGWRITER RELEASES NEW CD TO KICK-START CHAPLAINCY CAREER

A fourth CD from Rodger entitled Acoustically Speaking is scheduled for release in late May 2009 and will help support the singer/songwriter as spiritual adviser – more specifically – in corporate chaplaincy work.

Champagne Productions’ mission statement is to encourage and comfort others through reflective music that touches the spirit and points people towards Christ. Chaplaincy, for Rodger, is a natural extension of this mission.

For the last several years, Rodger has pursued post-secondary studies in order to be certified as a chaplain. Currently on the threshold of accreditation, he is planning his fundraising in order to sustain himself in this new ministry undertaking. CD sales and royalties resulting from live performances and media airplay will provide ongoing support. Pre-orders of Acoustically Speaking are available on our website.
